36" Double Line Stop - Success Story of Conmat

Conmat Oil and Gas Private Limited has recently completed a prestigious project of 36" Double Line Stop with Temporary By-Pass of Hydrocarbon Main Header to the Refinery in Mumbai. It was completed in record mobilization time of 10 days at the site. Temporary By-Pass of 36" with Housing to Housing of approximately 24 meters was fabricated at site. Double Line Stop Job Execution at site was carried out with mechanical plug insertion through Hot Tapping Carried out on mainline of 36".

Completion certificate

All equipment for the job execution were mobilized to the site after supply of 36" Line Stop Fitting and carrying out critical in-service welding of 36" Fitting on Main Hydrocarbon Header.

During the Job execution no shut down was taken and complete job was carried out after section isolation.

A section with low thickness in main header which was isolated was removed without taking shut down all online.

After the job was completed for the replacement of Section by in-situ cutting and bevelling of the main header main header to the refinery was re-instated.

A zero leak seal was attained at the site with Mechanical Plugging.

Credential are issued by customer for safe execution of the job.
